I absolutely love this place!!! I have been here quite a few times for massages and let me just say, I was thoroughly impressed! The service is top quality, the establishment is clean, and the ladies who answer the phone are always very polite and kind. Serena is an amazing massage therapist and personally my favorite! My favorite service would have to be Panache Half the Day Away!!! If you really want to treat yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this service!! It was truly the best thing I could have done!!! I would give more stars if I could!!! Serena is truly AMAZING. She gives excellent services. I had a wonderful experience with her each time. I really enjoy the relaxing, zen atmosphere of the spa. I HIGHLY recommend you check them out. Be prepared to book well in advance.They are definitely worth it!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Came because my sister gifted me a 1/2 day of spa treatments and I cannot wait to go back!!! Been going to this business for a few months now and I’ve never had a complaint. If something didn’t look right or I changed my mind, I voiced it instead of complaining about it after I leave. From small to long acrylics they have always lasted around 3 weeks n they still won’t pop off. I work on a surgical floor in a hospital so it’s not like I’m gentle or barely working with my hands. Every time I go they charge decent as I always get a fill in and pedicure w/gel. Normally around $80 nothing crazy. I will say it does get busy some days but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes to get something down. Never made an appointment either. Always be kind to service workers like these people because this isn’t the bank. They don’t have to service you and it’s not a necessity to your life its a privilege. Best place to go to n definitely recommend to others. Ok so this is my second review for this business. I was scared to try powder acrylic because so would normally go to my nail tech in Yorktown but she overcharges and they always pop off within a week. I had Mrs.Madeline do my nails and she was amazing. She was very ocd about the shape and thickness. These nails lasted for 3 weeks till I tried popping them off. Sadly I’m taking a month or two break to help my nails grow stronger and healthier. But I will be back. A very nice lady did my nails but when i told the other lady the color was a different color from my toe nail color they a said the lighting was different but you can clearly tell its two different colors....after looking carefully at my nails i just feel that it was rushed. I came back and I love my nails....both feet and hands the same color!

The techs are all so friendly and do fantastic work! I do recommend making an appointment because it can get very full in there. There are many techs who work there, so if you do a walk-in, you should still be fine. My friend and I always look forward to our biweekly appointments with Victoria and Brooke. Arrived and although they were not able to locate my appointment they very professionally handled the situation and took care of me. This was my very first time here and could have gone all the way left I was impressed with my techs knowledge both Taylor and Brook were amazing Brook was very knowledgeable with what my needs were concerning mmt natural nails and she made me comfortable with her doing my nails as I just had a terrible experience elsewhere. Thank you guys. I will definitely be back. Best time I’ve had in a salon for a while. I usually am very shy when it comes to getting my nails done but the ladies here made me feel so comfortable. My nails are beautiful and taken care of. I really appreciated the time they put in to doing them. There’s a healthy balance, I didn’t feel rushed. The price was great. I always have something to complain about but I’m feeling very satisfied overall with my experience. Thank you!
